Product Searching
Selecting the Product Search option from the menu above provides the interface for searching our products database. A simple search is possible by selecting the manufacturer and/or product type. You can also enter a keyword or partial word in the ‘Search For' box. For example the word ‘video' would list any product that has the word video in its description.
Product Purchase
Once you find a product that you're interested in and wish to make a purchase, please select ‘Add to Cart'. You will then see a display on the left of your screen indicating ‘Items in Cart' and a Shopping Trolley icon.
You can click on the Shopping Trolley icon at any time to see what is currently in your cart. There is also a Shopping Trolley icon at the top of the screen.
When you're happy with the contents of your Shopping Cart selections please select ‘Check Out' and enter the requested details. For security reasons, focus4IT does not keep your credit card details on its web site and therefore you will need to enter your credit card number for each purchase. After you confirm your purchase at Checkout, you will receive an order confirmation via Email. All your entered details are encrypted before being transmitted over the Internet to ensure your confidentiality.
If you requested 'Call Me' at Checkout, we will call you to obtain your credit card details over the phone.
You may also fax us your Credit Card information if you prefer. We accept all major credit cards.
Returns
If you would like to return an item, please email: returns with your purchase order information that you received in the Email after Check Out. We can only accept returns within 7 days after purchase.
We will issue a Credit against a Returned item for a future purchase; Refunds will be at the discretion of focus4IT based upon the reason for the Return.
Special Offers
The following conditions apply to all our Special offers:
* Any purchase price restrictions do not include shipping costs, only the value of the product(s).
* Special offers end at the discretion of focus4IT and/or while stocks last.
* Special offers do not apply to Web Gift voucher purchases.
* If a special offer cannot be fulfilled for any reason, focus4IT will notify purchaser before processing the transaction.
Warranty
All our products come with a full Manufacturers warranty, normally 12 months.
