Having been involved in Information Technology for over 10 years, Advanced Operations Pty Ltd (trading as focus4IT) has the knowledge and experience to help consumers either at home or in business premises with all their computing needs. We believe in creating a long term bond with our Customers by maintaining an open line of communication. We don't just sell products but take an interest in our Customers purchase to ensure they get the correct product or solution to suit their requirements.

On this foundation we are now offering to selected Franchisees the opportunity to take advantage of our proven successful business model and invite all interested parties to submit their expressions of interest.

Our franchise model is based on helping you create the business that best suits your skills, experience and goals. You can operate a franchise from a home base, handling most of the technical work yourself. Or you may wish to start from a service centre and/or Technology store and elect to provide Servicing only, or Sales and Servicing.

All options work well, and depending on your individual circumstance and experience we can advise on your best initial option.

We see our Franchisees coming from a strong IT background in corporate environments or have a passion for IT and are looking to establish their own business and therefore reap 100% of the rewards for their own efforts.

The Franchise Pack

This includes your training, a start-up Advertising campaign in your area, the franchise systems, the service tools and the documentation necessary to get you started in your own business.

Instead of worrying about how to obtain customers, what services to offer, what pricing to use, which are the right tools to use, and a number of other issues; we will be there to help from both a technical and business perspective.

Investment required to purchase a franchise starts from only $5,000 (plus GST).

Other costs include:
A fixed license fee payable monthly (varies depending on chosen franchise model), with a 3 months grace period, and then limited to a small fixed percentage increase each year. A monthly advertising levy is also made to the marketing fund.
